refunds and Cancellations

Our instructional DVD videos are guaranteed to function correctly. If a DVD fails to function correctly, contact us and we will send an immediate replacement. Because our videos can be copied, once you have received the video, we issue replacements rather than refunds if the DVD is defective. We will, however, refund your purchase if you choose to cancel the order prior to shipment or if your DVD fails to reach you in a reasonably timely manner.

Shipping
Shipping is normally made via USPS. Tracking information, if available, will be sent upon shipping. Normally all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
